Why ZendBack
Exists

I built ZendBack because shipping a package shouldn't take more than 2 minutes of your day. Most people think that's impossible. We disagree.

The drive. The parking. The hunting for boxes and tape. Printing a label at home, or paying a premium at the store. And then you arrive, and there's a line. A long one. Full of people just like you, who also just wanted to send something back.

By the time you're done, you've spent the better part of an afternoon on something that should have taken ten minutes. That's not acceptable. And it doesn't have to be that way.

ZendBack is family-owned, family-run, and family-financed. I personally train every ZendBack agent, because I've worked every position myself. Doorstep collection. The app. The carrier handoff. You can only deliver a great experience if you've lived it from every angle.

Resident Schedules

A basic collection takes about 30 seconds in the app. Add supplies or label printing and you're looking at a minute or two at checkout. All from the comfort of your home, and we bring everything to your doorstep. Compare that to the 45 minutes you'd spend driving, parking, waiting in line, and overpaying for supplies. ZendBack gives you your evening back.

Agent Collects

A vetted ZendBack agent visits once a week on the property's chosen day. Residents can hand off their package in person, or simply affix a ZendBack sticker and leave it at their doorstep, no need to be home.

Tracking Goes Live

Each collection is logged in the app with a timestamped photo. The resident gets a direct link to carrier tracking, no receipts or tracking numbers to manage.

All from your phone, in under a minute.

Sticker & Leave
Place a ZendBack sticker on your package and leave it at your doorstep. Our agent collects it during the building's weekly window, no need to be home.
Supplies to Your Door
Order boxes, tape, and mailers directly in the app. We deliver them to your door so you can ship even when you have nothing on hand.

Need to Know

Every package is photographed and logged at each stage, collection, transportation, storage, and carrier handoff, so your package is fully traceable at all times. If an issue arises, we notify the resident immediately and work to resolve it.

Every ZendBack collection includes $250 of complimentary coverage, more than double what most carriers provide at no cost. For higher-value shipments, residents can purchase additional coverage up to $2,000 directly in the app.

Please note: ZendBack is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged prior to our collection.

Yes. All ZendBack agents are background checked before deployment. Every agent is also personally trained by our founder, Rogelio Vargas, across every role in our operation, so they understand the full resident experience from both sides.

We currently support USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We will expand to additional carriers based on resident demand and expectations, our goal is to support whatever carrier best serves our residents.

No problem. Residents have two collection options and can switch between them at any time up until the handoff:

Doorstep Collection, Affix your ZendBack label, leave the package outside your door. Our agent collects it during the building's window. No need to be home.
In-Person Handoff, Hand your package directly to the ZendBack agent at your door during the collection window.

Collection windows are arranged between ZendBack and the property. Residents can switch their preferred method as many times as needed, right up until collection.

We work closely with your building's concierge team so our visits are always expected and professional:

We call ahead 15 minutes before arrival so concierge is never caught off guard.
We notify concierge upon arrival and again once services are complete for the night.
If management has outgoing packages, we can collect those directly from concierge as well.
