I built ZendBack because shipping a package shouldn't take more than three minutes of your day. Most people think that's impossible. We disagree. By the time you're done with that errand, you've spent the better part of an afternoon on something that should have taken minutes. That's not acceptable. And it doesn't have to be.

Resident Schedules

Residents schedule a collection in the ZendBack app in under three minutes. They choose their package type, snap a photo of the label, add insurance or supplies if needed, and pick from upcoming collection dates. Simple, guided, and done from their couch.

Agent Collects

A background-screened ZendBack agent arrives on your building's scheduled collection day. Residents hand off their package directly, or leave it outside their door with a ZendBack sticker for contactless pickup. Either way, the package is collected, logged, and on its way.

Package in Transit

Every collection is photographed and timestamped the moment it leaves the resident's door. The app logs a full chain of custody, and the resident gets a direct link to carrier tracking. No receipts, no tracking numbers, no follow-up calls to your team.

Every collection is logged, photographed, and handed off to carriers with full chain of custody. Every shipment includes $250 of complimentary coverage, more than double the standard carrier default, at no cost to the resident or your property. For high-value shipments, residents can add up to $2,000 of coverage directly in the app. Disputes stay off your plate entirely.

ZendBack is free to use in your building. Generate a pre-paid FedEx, UPS, or USPS label in the app and we print it for you — no printer required. Every shipment includes $250 of complimentary coverage at no cost to you, more than double the standard carrier default. Optional supplies and additional coverage are available in the app if you need them. Collections run on your building's scheduled day.

Every package is photographed and logged at each stage: collection, transportation, storage, and carrier handoff. Your package is fully traceable at all times. If an issue arises, we notify the resident immediately and work to resolve it.

Every ZendBack collection includes $250 of complimentary coverage at no cost to the resident, more than double the standard carrier default. For higher-value shipments, residents can purchase additional coverage up to $2,000 directly in the app.

Please note: ZendBack is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged prior to our collection.

No problem. Residents have two collection options and can switch at any time up until the handoff:

Doorstep Collection. Affix your ZendBack sticker, leave the package outside your door. No need to be home.
In-Person Handoff. Hand your package directly to the ZendBack agent during the collection window.

We currently support USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Additional carriers will be added based on resident demand.

We work closely with your building's concierge team so our visits are always expected and professional:

We call ahead 15 minutes before arrival so concierge is never caught off guard.
We notify concierge upon arrival and again once services are complete for the night.
If management has outgoing packages, we can collect those directly from concierge as well.

Property managers have a direct line to our team before, during, and after every collection window. If an agent is running late, we notify the property in advance. If a resident has a concern, we resolve it directly so your front desk is never the middleman.

At the end of the 60-day pilot, we review the data report together. If the service is working for your residents and your building, we move into a standard service agreement. Pricing is based on your building's size and collection frequency. Properties that complete the pilot have everything they need to make a confident decision.
